Details of The Registration Fees

1. The registration fee covers conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs, and access to all technical sessions.

2. Early Bird Discount: 510 USD per paper /3400 CNY per paper (up to 4 pages) (Valid for registrations completed before April 28, 2026)

3.  The registration fee does not include: Accommodation expenses; Visa application fees; Transportation costs.

4. At least one author of each accepted final paper is required to pre-register.

5. The Organizing Committee will confirm completed registrations within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.

6. In the event that you are unable to attend the conference, the printed proceedings along with the payment receipt/Fapiao will be mailed to you.

· Refunds/Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

· For the Publication Fee

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

· For the Participation Fee (Without Submission)

* 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund

* From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After the Registration day of the conference: no refund

· Conference Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “Force Majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
