Li Jianlin is a Second-Class Professor, doctoral supervisor, and postdoctoral co-supervisor. He is a national-level talent, receives special allowance from the State Council, and is a Fellow of the China Electrotechnical Society. He has been selected for the "Lifetime Scientific Impact Ranking" of the top 2% scientists worldwide and the TOP 1% of highly cited scholars by CNKI. He currently serves as the responsible professor of the first-level discipline of Electrical Engineering at North China University of Technology, and holds multiple positions including Deputy Director of the National User-Side Energy Storage Center and Deputy Director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Electrochemical Energy Storage Technology for Power Systems.

He has long been engaged in research on large-scale energy storage technology, focusing on zero-carbon park planning, computing-power coordination, grid-forming energy storage, and integrated energy systems. He has presided over 2 National Key R&D Program projects, 4 National 863 Program projects, 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, and more than 10 major projects of the State Grid. He has published more than 200 SCI/EI papers, authorized more than 100 invention patents, led more than 30 industry standards, and won the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award and more than 30 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.

University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka

       Prof. Janaka Bandara Ekanayake has published over 120 peer-reviewed journal papers and 130 conference papers, and co-authored 8 books. His h-index on Google Scholar is 58 with 17,362 citations, the highest in the field of engineering in Sri Lanka. In 2020, an article published by researchers from Stanford University and Elsevier BV ranked him among the top 2% of researchers worldwide (2nd in Sri Lanka). He received the CVCD Excellence Award in 2018, the National Science Foundation Excellence in Scientific Research Award in 2018, and has won the Presidential Research Award 7 times. Professor Ekanayake is a Fellow of IEEE (USA), IET (UK), IESL (Sri Lanka), the National Academy of Sciences of Sri Lanka, and the National Institute of Artificial Intelligence. He is also recognized as an IEEE PES Distinguished Lecturer (DLP). He is the only Sri Lankan to hold fellowships from all three major electrical engineering professional institutions. He has delivered keynote and invited speeches at many conferences in the UK, China, and India. Professor Ekanayake has contributed to renewable energy generation and grid integration in the UK, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. 

        He is a member of the Advisory Board of the IET Renewable Power Generation Journal (2022-present). He also serves on the editorial boards of Springer Nature's Scientific Reports (2021-present), Green Technology, Resilience and Sustainability (2021-present), IET Renewable Power Generation (2015-2022), MDPI Electronics (2022-present), Wind Engineering (2014-present), IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion (2007-2017), and the Ceylon Journal of Science (2016-2018 and 2022-present). He served as Vice Chair of the Organizing Committee of the first IEEE PES Innovative Smart Grid Technologies Conference (2012) held in Tianjin, China.
